Shipping policy

Shipping

We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx and USPS. Expedited shipping is available through the website. If you would like us to charge your shipping account, please email us your purchase order with shipping account information or contact our office by phone to place your order.  

Orders will ship the same (business) day with the following conditions:

• Items are in stock
• Order is placed by 1pm PST

Please note WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS.  If your order is placed after 1pm PST, the weekend, or on a holiday even if you select expedited shipping, the shipment will not be sent out until the next business day.

If your items are not in stock and will not ship out immediately, you will receive an email from our warehouse letting you know that you have items that are on backorder.  They will estimate an approximate ship date.  The order will ship them out once received from the manufacturer.  We do ship partial order if requested.
